11:00 AM – Team Picture at Cinderella’s Castle at Magic Kingdom

Important Details

A few important reminders:

• Agents must also have an IATA or CLIA card with the agency in order to participate.
• Agents must have completed their 2025 College of Disney Knowledge Assessment to access the ticket request. If they have not completed the assessment, they will be reverted back to the Available Benefits page on disneytravelagents.com.

Important Details:

The theme parks are an “on your own” experience where each attendee will be able to experience the Theme Parks however they like and post about their experience to social media channels.        

Hotel Accomodations

We have negotiated a discounted room block for February 16 & 17 at Grand Floridian for $499 per night. 

There are very limited number of rooms at this price, so book as soon as possible.

Flight Information

The main airport to fly into is Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Transportation from airport can be done by Uber, Lyft or Mear

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I Bring Family

Yes, you can bring up to 3 guests, however they will need to pay for their own tickets and will not be available to attend the special  events

2. Can I attend just one of the days?

No, this is meant for our advisors to attend both days, you can miss the welcome reception the night before, but this is intended for 2 full days of fun. 

3. Can I stay at a different property?

Yes, however several of the events are at the Grand Floridian, so you will be responsible for getting yourself to the hotel early in the morning or late in the evening.

4. How do I get my tickets?

Once you RSVP yes, we will send you instructions on how to get your park tickets at a later date. 

5. I didn’t finish my DIsney College of Knowledge, Can I still attend? 

You will need to finish it before November 30th

6. I don’t have a CLIA Card, can I still attend?

No, you will have to have a CLIA card to be able to order the tickets and attend this event.

7. What’s the extra pixie dust that you speak of?
